Booking Policy

Additional charges for any mobile service beyond 10 miles from our location will be collected at the time of your appointment. Please click "Read more" under each service for more information. $25 extra charge for any appointments booked at 9 pm and on, $50 for any appointments booked at 10 pm and on, $75 for any appointments booked at 11 pm and on, and $100 for any appointments booked after midnight. Any appointments after midnight will incur an additional $100 charge. Any appointments booked 8:45pm,9:45 pm, 10:45 pm or 11:45 pm will automatically be rounded up to the following hour.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled or rescheduled 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will have a $50 penalty. We do not take reschedules or cancellations by email. You must call to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We respond to calls and emails within 24 hours. If an appointment is a no-show or cancellation, it will be 100% of the service cost. Only one discount may be used per service. No refunds.
